Arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete any additional new client forms so we may get you in to see the doctor on time! 

• Email us any veterinary or medical records for your pet, prior to your appointment.  

Provide a deposit of the cost of the exam at the time of scheduling. 

Arrive on time. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.  

Call from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment. To maintain a calm and stress-free environment, we escort clients into an exam room when one becomes available.
