Veterinarian

Caroline Schram, DVM

Dr. Caroline Schram graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Stanford University with her initial career as a science teacher. After obtaining her Master's degree in Education from Harvard, she taught for a few more years before embarking on a career change. Dr. Schram attended UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, where she was active in both the Shelter Medicine Club and The Orphan Kitten Project. Upon graduation, Dr. Schram completed a one-year small animal internship at Pet Care Veterinary Hospital in Santa Rosa and continued to work in California prior to moving to Portland. She has a particular passion for feline medicine, dermatology, and emergency medicine but loves all aspects of general practice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and their menagerie of pets – two adorable canine mutts and two feisty felines.
